Lauren joined the team in 2018, bringing with her ten years of comprehensive customer service knowledge. She has received her training from Australia’s leading retail store, David Jones, which has supplied her with the skills need to make sure that every client that enters Ray White Umina Beach is meet with the high standards that people have come to expect from any world leader in customer service.

Being the offices first point of contact, Lauren's daily tasks are to ensure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Lauren oversees answering phone calls and attending to visitors - coordinating communication between clients and employees.

Lauren also supports Sales Administration and is the social media advocate. Which has allowed more avenues for clients to get their questions and feedback heard.

Lauren is always happy to help, upholding the values that Ray Whites band stands for in both services and integrity.
